JAMES MANNING
"What do You Want to Look at Everyday?
To make a connection. To feel a refreshing breeze, or even get hit with a shot of creativity, joyfulness, peace and mindfulness to start or finish your day. Notice the patterns, the colors, the beauty, the signs, (metaphorically and literally), wild angles and lighting, the contrasting elements, it's cropping, and, of course, the "cool factor."
That being said, what I try to always capture is the "cool factor," (aka the "kewl factor") of the subject. I then transpose the image to the most awesome paper, Kodak Endure Metallic, which brings forth unbelievable depth and color, to pronounce the subject matter with emphasis.
